[codepeople-post-map]For the americans, the Memorial Day is a serious thing, and they celebrate it for a long weekend. Allmost every business has special offers this time, and in the whole city, you find something related to this holiday.
For me, it was a relaxing day. I took photos at the Washington square park, my version of the famous picture of the movie “When Harry met Sally” – just like I had planned.
The park and the street were full of people – Artists were showing their work, and the air was filled with the smell of ice-cream and BBQ. It might sound paradox – but BECAUSE of all the people, the scene was very peaceful.
